Refund and Returns Policy

We are committed to delivering products that meet our rigorous quality standards. Please review our policies regarding returns and refunds below.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, we offer a streamlined resolution process to save you the hassle of international returns.

Required Documentation:

  • To qualify for a resolution, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You must provide high-resolution photos or a video showing the product’s defect AND the condition of the original shipping packaging (including the shipping label).
  • We recommend filming a brief unboxing video when you receive your package. This is the most effective evidence to help us process your claim quickly.

Note: All claims are subject to technical verification. We reserve the right to deny claims that show evidence of intentional damage or post-delivery tampering.

Upon approval, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Standard Returns (Non-Quality Issues)

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or accidental order, please be aware of the logistical requirements for international returns:

  • Return Window: Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unopened, and factory-sealed packaging. Any item that has been opened, used, or altered is ineligible for a non-quality return.
  • Return Destination: As our primary fulfillment center is in Shenzhen, China, all standard returns must be shipped back to this location.

Return Costs & Responsibilities

For non-quality related returns, the customer is responsible for all associated costs:

  • Shipping Expenses: International return shipping to China is costly, typically ranging from $30 to $50 USD. These fees must be prepaid by the customer.
  • Logistics: We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit or held at customs.
  • Duties: Any import duties or taxes incurred during the return to China will be deducted from your final refund.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.
  • Approved refunds (minus any applicable shipping protection or original express shipping fees) will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Order Cancellations

Our procurement and fulfillment process begins 24 hours after an order is placed. Cancellation requests made after this window may not be possible if the item has already been secured for shipment.
